Leaving is your right, and we keep it simple. Tell us which account is yours and why you are going, and we will take care of the rest.

• You ask, we verify

  Fill the form with the phone number on your account. Our team checks the request is really from you before anything is touched.

• Personal details removed

  Your sign-in is deleted and your name, phone, email, and photos are wiped. Trip records we must keep for safety and audit stay, without your identity attached.

• Confirmed by email

  Once your account is gone, we send a confirmation to the email you give us here. Usually done within a few working days.
